You can now easily create a rate group per booking channel and simultaneously increase or decrease the prices for that channel by a percentage. Via settings > accommodation settings > rate groups, you can first create the rate groups per channel. Then, for the existing price specifications per accommodation, you can at once duplicate the standard rate to a rate group. During this action, the system immediately asks whether a percentage must be added or subtracted, so that when duplicating, the correct prices are immediately set up for the rate group in question. This way you define a separate pricing structure per booking channel with a few clicks. This can be a separate rate group for owners, when bookings should receive an adjusted rate if the booking comes in through the owner. But you can also create a separate rate group for regular guests, so that they automatically pay a lower rate when making a booking. Rate groups are also used for a different rate per distribution channel, think of bookings through Airbnb or BungalowSpecials for example.
