Confirmation emails sent to owners now also visible in the email history on the reservation card Update Reservation software 8 January 2025

Sent emails from the reservation system are always visible in the email history on the reservation card. This way you can always see which mails were sent to the guest and the status of the sending (sent, opened etc.). From now on, emails sent to property owners will also be shown in the email history. This way, all email communication about the same reservation, both to the guest and to the owner, is conveniently bundled on the corresponding reservation card.

Optionally, you can choose to send a copy of the reservation confirmation to the guest, also automatically to the owner. When using this functionality, you can track the status of these mails in the email history.
