Cleaning status visible in the cockpit of your booking system Update Reservation software 10 September 2025

Do you work with our partner Keyplan? From now on, you can see immediately in the cockpit whether an accommodation has already been cleaned or not. This is super handy if guests arrive earlier than expected.

The green or red dot that was previously only visible on the reservation card and on the planning board is now also visible in the cockpit. This allows you to quickly assess whether a guest can already check in. By clicking on the three dots upon arrival, you have immediate access to all information about the reservation, including the cleaning status. Next to the booked location, you will see a green or red dot. Efficient, clear, and handy during busy changeover days.
