Calculate a price per additional m2 on top of the base rate for annual pitches Update Reservation software 8 October 2024

If you have many annual pitches in your park, you can enter a fixed rate per annual pitch and link the accommodations you want to rent out as annual pitches to this rate. In addition to the fixed rate for annual pitches, it is now also possible to calculate a price per extra m2, in addition to the fixed rate. When creating the annual pitch you can add a separate price line with the price per m2 and you can also set the amount of m2 from which this additional price should be calculated. For each annual pitch location (unit) you define, you can indicate how many m2 the location is. The system will then calculate itself whether there is an additional rate per m2. You can create and edit annual pitches via settings > arrangements and discounts > annual pitches.
