Bulk change for owner statements expanded with new setting Update Reservation software 2 September 2024

A new setting has been added to the bulk change for owner statements. You can now specify at once for all selected statements whether you always want to charge the owner in question based on the regular rents or whether you want to base the rent amount to be charged on the rents with which you advertise on external channels. These prices are often higher than the regular rental prices and are therefore imported through the channel manager as a one-time arrangement, which overrides the regular rental price. Therefore, depending on the agreements made with owners for whom rentals are made, you can also choose to charge the higher channel prices to the owners invoice. The setting can now be added or adjusted in bulk via settings > owners environment > owners bill > select desired specifications and then click 'edit selected specifications'.
