Do you have a lot of repeat guests? Or do you work with a special member discount, employee discount or some other form of a loyalty program? Then it is useful to divide your guests into guest groups that you have defined. You can decide which guest groups you want to define and what you want to name the guest groups. Then you can batch add guests to the respective guest group. You can link a guest group to a rate group with custom rates, so you can also apply different rates per guest group. When a guest is verified as being part of a particular guest group, the reduced rate will also be charged.
