Our reservation system generates a comprehensive accounting for all tourist rental revenue. A commonly used export file is the administrative bookings file, where each reservation is broken down into order lines per ledger. A detailed file that is user-friendly for many and can be imported into virtually any accounting system. Previously this export could be generated per year, per quarter or per month. From now on, you can also choose a custom period, which means that you can set which administrative entries you want to export from date to date. You can also specify whether you want to view the records based on arrival date, departure date or transaction date. This makes accounting even more comprehensive and flexible for your organization!
