Transactional email messages have been enhanced with new email tags Update Reservation software 17 February 2026

From now on, you can include even more information for guests in payment notification, payment reminder and overdue payment emails. Using the email tags below, you can automatically add the accommodation title and location name to your email. This provides guests with additional information regarding the payment that is still due:

- %accommodationTitle%

- %accommodationUnitNumber%

These new email tags ensure comprehensive communication with guests, automatically retrieving information from the reservation system and incorporating it into transactional email messages for each specific reservation.
