Within our booking system, you can now flexibly set the owner’s rental discount as either a fixed amount or a percentage.

On the reservation card, you specify what portion of the rental amount is deducted from the payment to the owner. Whereas previously you could only enter a fixed amount, you can now also choose a percentage. This is especially useful when working with higher rates, such as for reservations made through tour operators. For example, if you increase the rates by 10%, you can enter this percentage in the reservation card under ‘Owner rental discount amount,’ and 10% will automatically be deducted from the rental amount on which the commission is calculated for the payment to the owner.

With this update, you have even more flexibility and control over payments to owners.
