Do you also rent out your accommodations to business guests? From now on, your business guests will automatically receive an invoice in addition to the reservation confirmation. You’ve always been able to generate and send this invoice separately, but this update ensures that every business guest automatically receives an invoice. The reservation confirmation is sent to all guests by default, whether they are private or business guests. The invoice will now be automatically included if the guest is marked as ‘business’ in your guest database. An invoice can still be sent to private guests as well; however, this does not happen automatically. Upon the guest’s request, you can always generate and send the document.
