Vacancy Senior Marketer

As a Senior Marketer, you are ultimately responsible for the online growth success for a part of our clients. You focus on strategy, profitability, and scalability and know exactly which buttons to push to achieve structural growth. You work intensively with our client and act as a strategic sparring partner at a senior level.

You move effortlessly between strategy and execution: you set the lines, monitor the course, and ensure that plans are actually realized. Together with our marketing team, you work on the complete picture: data-driven, creative, and results-oriented. You see the whole, see opportunities before others do, and know how to help organizations move forward sustainably.

Your role and impact

You are driven by results and profitability. You focus on growth, efficiency, and marketing ROI and know how to make clients perform structurally better. You advise clients at a strategic level about their online marketing approach and translate business objectives into concrete, measurable marketing initiatives.

Additionally, you play an important role within the team:

  • You coach and guide junior/medior marketers;
  • You actively share knowledge, introduce new techniques, and elevate the team to a higher level;
  • You are a driving force in professionalizing our marketing approach.

What you could concretely do

From smart campaigns to sharp reports: you provide insight and results. Data, measurability, and optimization are essential for you. You can specialize in one or specific marketing disciplines with us, but also work broadly, just what suits you.

You can engage in:

  • Search & social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager & LinkedIn);
  • Google Analytics implementations (Enhanced Ecommerce implementations);
  • (Server-side) Google Tag Manager implementations (tags & triggers)
  • Dashboarding and creating marketing reports (Datastudio & Supermetrics);
  • SEO optimization processes and content marketing;
  • Email marketing and marketing automation;
  • Continuously looking out for new techniques and implementing them in our working methods;
  • Inspiring and motivating our marketing team with marketing trends.

What we hope you bring

  • Graduated HBO/WO;
  • Extensive experience in setting up and managing digital marketing strategies (B2B and/or B2C);
  • Strong in analyzing data and translating it into concrete optimizations;
  • Experience in setting up and monitoring KPIs and marketing ROI;
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms;
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization (CRO), and retargeting;
  • Familiar with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio;
  • Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, both technical and content-wise;
  • Use of tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.;
  • Knowledge of tools like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar;
  • Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing;
  • Proven experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and marketing colleagues;
  • Strong project management skills and good at prioritizing;
  • A progressive mentality and tech-savvy;
  • You do not smoke or vape. We have a non-smoke/vape policy and encourage good health;
  • At least 5 years of experience and a proven track record;
  • Preferably: track record and proven results in the field of inbound marketing for a similar company.
