Job Vacancy Recranet Booking Support Specialist

As a Recranet Booking Specialist, you are the first line of contact with our customers. Customers email or call you, and you help them with various questions about our innovative reservation system. You work together with our customers in the hospitable tourism sector, mainly speaking to employees of campsites, holiday parks, hotels, and other rental organizations.

In a few weeks, we will fully prepare you and familiarize you with our reservation software. Of course, you will continue to learn and eventually become a specialist in our software. You can grow into an onboarding specialist, advisor, or account manager if you have these ambitions.

You are excellent in verbal and written communication and understand what drives people. You know how to help our customer excellently, but you also know when to say 'no'. You have good planning and organizational skills and adhere to your agreements. You know our software inside and out, allowing you to help our customers effectively.

• Higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking;
• proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
