With our leading PMS Recranet Booking, we streamline the entire process: from rates and availability to guest communication, payments, and managing energy management and other hardware. Our channel manager synchronizes booking channels, while Recranet Real Estate seamlessly integrates the rental and sale of recreational real estate.
As a Partnership & Alliances Manager, you build a strong partner network that helps Recranet grow. You turn partners into true ambassadors, ensure joint deals and co-marketing, and establish a clear partner program that makes collaboration easy and enjoyable.
In practice, this means:

Working on our partner strategy that brings value to our customer and aligns with our growth objectives.
Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing partners and actively seeking opportunities in the market (connecting partners that promote our growth).
Organizing joint campaigns, events, and customer cases that generate leads and visibility.
Coordinating with Product on (new) integrations and technical partner management.
Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Onboarding.
And measuring results: from partner leads to joint revenue growth.
Which partners do you work with

Hardware: access/barriers, door locks, energy management,

Payments: PSP (Mollie, Stripe, Pay.nl, Wordline).

Distribution: channel managers and OTAs (such as Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).

Additional services: including AI integrations, task management, revenue management.

Influencers/experts & media: consultants, agencies, trade magazines, blogs, podcasts, industry associations, and education

What you bring

Commercial drive and charisma: you open doors and build lasting relationships.

Fluent speaker & clear writer: you can persuade and explain clearly.

Strategic and hands-on: making plans, executing together, and achieving results.

Great if you have excellent command of Dutch and English; an additional language is a plus.
A deep network in tourism & recreation (campsites, holiday parks, rental concerns/chains, OTA/DMO/tour operator relationships).
Experience in partnerships, business development, or sales (SaaS is a plus).
