You have no problem conducting keyword research, setting up campaigns, developing website structures, and setting up the measurability of websites. You enjoy client contact and advising our clients on how they can become more findable and visible. You look ahead to new marketing trends that you can implement in your campaigns and within our company.

Data and optimal measurability of your marketing campaigns excite you. From start to finish, you make marketing results transparent, so we can show our clients how much their spent euros actually yield. Our reservation platform is set up for optimal measurability and e-commerce tracking, allowing you to optimally advise your tourism clients.
You ensure the maximum online result, at the best costs. You get excited about high CTRs, converting content, and appealing advertisements. In addition to advising your client portfolio on their marketing strategy, you will also work on:
- Search & social media advertising (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager & LinkedIn);
- Google Analytics implementations (Enhanced Ecommerce implementations);
- (Server-side) Google Tag Manager implementations (tags & triggers)
- Dashboarding and creating marketing reports (Datastudio & Supermetrics);
- SEO optimization processes and content marketing;
- Email marketing and marketing automation;
- Continuously looking out for new techniques and implementing them in our working methods;
- Directing and coaching junior/medior colleagues;
- Inspiring and motivating our marketing team with marketing trends.
What we ask
- Graduated HBO-/WO;
- Extensive experience with setting up and directing digital marketing strategies (B2B and/or B2C);
- Strong in analyzing data and translating it into concrete optimizations;
- Experience with setting and monitoring KPIs and marketing ROI;
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid platforms;
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization (CRO), and retargeting;
- Familiar with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio;
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices, both technical and content-wise;
- Experience in directing content creation for organic growth;
- Use of tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.;
- Knowledge of tools like ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar;
- Understanding of customer journeys and lifecycle marketing;
- Proven experience in managing internal and external stakeholders and marketing colleagues;
- Strong project management skills and good at prioritizing;
- A progressive mindset and tech-savvy;

- At least 6 years of experience and a proven track record;
- Pre: track record and demonstrable results in inbound marketing for a similar company.
