Recranet is the online specialist for the tourism and recreational sector. We are building our innovative online reservation system Recranet Booking. In combination with appealing and user-friendly websites and strategic online marketing campaigns, we ensure growth, automation, and success for our clients. This total solution makes us a unique player in the market. We are growing (inter)nationally and are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic and experienced (or just really good) Digital & UX Designer who uses their creativity for two worlds:

Strengthening our own brand Recranet with powerful (digital) designs and branding that underscore our position as a leading SaaS company.
Growing our clients' brands by translating their identity into user-friendly websites and effective marketing expressions.

What you will do:

Your role is broad and varied:

UX & Web Design for clients: You design modern, conversion-oriented websites and translate our clients' identity into a digital environment where users can effortlessly find their way and quickly make bookings.
Marketing & Campaign Design: You develop creative visuals and advertisements for social media campaigns (such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Both for clients who want to increase their visibility, and for Recranet itself. You work closely with our marketing department to realize successful campaigns.
Branding & Identity: You elevate our own brand identity to a higher level. Think of corporate identity, internal communication, presentations, and content with which Recranet continues to distinguish itself as a leading SaaS company. You do this exclusively for us, not for clients.
AI-first approach: You use smart AI tools to visualize ideas, test variants, and automate repetitive work. This gives you more time for creativity, strategy, and impactful design.

Who you are:

Experienced digital designer with a strong portfolio in UX and marketing design.
You master tools like Canva, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign (experience with animation is a plus).
You can switch between different brands and target groups, without losing the common thread.
You have an eye for detail but never lose sight of the user and conversion and work efficiently.
You are energetic, creative, proactive, and understand how design adds value.
You are curious about AI-driven design and follow the latest developments in generative tools and automation and apply this in your work.
We don't need to tell you in detail how to design something. You surprise us! :-)

This is what we offer you:

A salary between € 3200,- and € 3900,- per month (based on full-time). We are also open to collaboration with a freelancer on a project basis.
An employment contract for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 days.

At Recranet, we value loyalty with an increasing bonus: after 3 years you receive €375, after 5 years €995, after 10 years €1,250, after 15 years €1,750, after 20 years €2,250, after 25 years €2,750, after 30 years €3,250, after 35 years €3,750 and after 40 years €5,000 (based on a full-time employment contract).
