In this Basic Recranet Booking training we take you step-by-step through the main functions of our reservation system, so that you can work quickly and efficiently with our reservation system.
We start in the cockpit, where you have an instant overview of your reservations and other important data. Next, we dive into the reservations dashboard, showing you how to filter, create and manage reservations. Next, we explore the planning board, guest card and guest management, so you know exactly how to organise reservations and guests properly.
We also cover tasks, reporting and administration, so you not only know how to process reservations, but also how to arrange payments, discounts and other administrative matters. We conclude with an explanation of the POS, symbols and updates, including the handy shortcuts to the knowledge base.
After this session, you will have a solid foundation for working with Recranet and keeping your processes running smoothly.
