View internal or external comments directly during check-in from the cockpit Update Reservation software 5 September 2025
A reservation can contain both internal and external comments. An internal comment is posted by, for example, a colleague at the reception desk, while an external comment is posted by the guest themselves. When comments are posted, this is visible in the cockpit by a speech bubble icon next to the reservation. Clicking on this icon opens a pop-up window with the content of the comments, so you can read them immediately when the guest arrives.
