As a property owner, you are required to maintain a guest registry of all guests staying at your accommodations or in your resort. In the event of an emergency, you must be able to immediately export a guest registry of all guests currently staying there. The name and place of residence of the primary booker are required, along with the number of people staying with the primary booker. Each municipality determines which information is required in the guest register; you can request this information from each municipality. Because some municipalities also require arrival and departure dates to be shown on the guest register, this information has now been added to the guest register.
