Set billing method for owners per reservation Update Reservation software 30 July 2026

Whereas previously you could set the billing calculation per owner, this is now possible per specific reservation.

On the reservation card, you will find a new field that allows you to select the rate group used for billing the reservation. This ensures the billing method always aligns with the situation of that specific reservation. This feature is particularly useful when working with, for example, historical reservations imported with fixed price agreements, while you want to bill new reservations using current rates. It is also handy when working with tour operators for whom you have increased rental prices, while you want to bill based on the regular rate. Both methods can now easily coexist.

The default setting in the owner specification remains available and is automatically applied to new reservations. Additionally, you can apply a separate billing method for each reservation yourself.
