Reviews can now be edited from the guest portal Update Reservation software 6 August 2026

Leaving a review is often quick and easy, but sometimes guests may want to make changes afterward. That is why guests can now edit their published reviews directly from the guest portal in our reservation system.

Whether it is correcting a spelling mistake, adding more details about their experience, or adjusting an incorrect star rating, guests can easily open and update their review whenever needed. To edit a review, guests simply log in to the guest portal and select the reservation for which they submitted the review. They can then click "Edit your review" at the top of the screen.

This enhancement helps ensure that reviews remain up to date and accurately reflect what guests want to share. As a result, feedback becomes more valuable and future guests can rely on more accurate and trustworthy reviews. The review editing feature is available immediately within the guest portal.
