Review export with scores per category in Excel Update Reservation software 6 July 2026

With this update, when exporting reviews from our reservation system, not only are the total scores exported, but the scores for each aspect are also included in the export.

This means that for each review, additional columns are added for each evaluation aspect, so you can see the score given for each aspect per review. You can configure which aspects you want to be evaluated on in our reservation system, ensuring that the export fully aligns with your business operations.

You can generate the export via Settings > Account > Reviews.

This provides a clear overview of how guests experience their stay. For campsites, holiday parks and rental organisations, this makes it easier to compare results.
