Quickly and easily merge duplicate guests using the new search filter Update Reservation software 3 August 2026

The new guest merging interface in our reservation system has been enhanced with a handy new feature. You can now search directly by a guest’s name or email address, allowing you to find the correct guest information more quickly when merging guest records.

Simply type in a name or email address, and our reservation system will instantly filter the correct results. This is handy when assisting a guest at the front desk, making a reservation over the phone, or cleaning up duplicate guest profiles in your records.

This means you no longer have to scroll through multiple possible matches and you maintain a better overview while merging guest records. The process works exactly as you’re used to, allowing you to easily continue once you’ve found the right guest.
