Starting now, past reservations for returning guests are also visible in the guest portal. Until now, the guest portal focused primarily on current or future reservations, whereas regular guests also appreciate being able to view their past reservations. In addition, it creates a personal and welcoming feeling when guests see that their booking history is recognized when they book with the same host or at the same park. This is definitely an added value for the overall guest experience!
