Owner card expanded with extra fields for personal data Update Reservation software 7 August 2026

We have expanded the owner details in our reservation system with new fields, creating more space to distinguish between a business owner (company details) and a private owner (personal details). The following fields have been added to the owner card:

• Salutation
• Initials
• First name
• Prefix
• Surname
• Date of birth

This allows you to easily record all important details for private and business owners in a central location. This is useful when using this information for contracts, administrative processes, or other documents. Additionally, it is a nice addition if, in the case of a business owner, you wish to include both the legal company name and the contact person's name on invoices and other communications.

The new fields are now available when creating or editing owners via Settings > Owners > Owners. This gives you even more complete control over your owner records within our reservation system.
