“One-time package” will now be called “one-time price agreement,” with various options for deviating from the standard rental rate Update Reservation software 14 January 2026
It has always been possible to deviate from the standard rental rate and agree on a different price for specific reservations; this price was then set as a “one-time package.” The general term “one-time package” has been changed to “one-time price agreement” so that it better reflects the various options available when setting it up:
- 'No type' is used for individual price agreements per reservation and is treated as a normal reservation.
- ‘Package’ is used for reservations that must be treated as a (one-time) package, for example as an alternative for Easter, Pentecost, etc.
- ‘Seasonal site’ is used when it concerns a different price agreement for a seasonal site.
- 'Annual site' is used when there is a different price agreement for an annual site.
The distinction now made ensures that a set price agreement is not automatically treated as a ‘package,’ but rather, based on the type, the system determines how the reservation should be handled—as a normal reservation or as a package, seasonal spot, or annual spot. This makes the functionality more flexible and suitable for various situations.
