When entering a reservation manually, you want to be able to quickly check whether the length of stay matches what a guest has provided. That’s why our reservation system now immediately displays the number of nights while you’re creating a reservation; the system instantly “counts” the number of nights from arrival to departure and shows this in text, so you can spot any accidental mistakes right away.

As soon as you enter an arrival and departure date, select an accommodation and location, and then proceed to step 2, the number of nights the guest will be staying appears immediately on the screen. For example: “Number of nights: 7.”

This feature works on both the standard reservation page and the calendar within our reservation system. It’s especially useful when guests make reservations by phone and immediately specify how many nights they want to stay. This allows you to see right away whether the entered period matches their request, without having to complete the entire booking first.

For campgrounds, vacation parks, and rental agencies, this makes entering reservations during busy times at the front desk or over the phone even more user-friendly. It helps you maintain a better overview during the booking process and prevents minor data entry errors in the reservations.
