The new ‘reservations by source’ report provides a visual representation of the number of reservations per booking channel. This allows you to see at a glance through which channel most bookings are coming in: through your own website, through reception, through airbnb, booking.com, etc. This report can also serve as input for the annual survey from CBS, which nowadays also requests information on booking channels.
