Want to quickly see which bookings have a discount applied? With the new report in our reservation system, you’ll get a complete and clear overview of all discounted reservations.

You can find the “Reservations with Discounts” report under Reports > Discounts > Reservations. In a single overview, you can immediately see which reservations are involved, which discount has been applied, and what the discount amount is per booking. This way, you always have a clear understanding of how discounts are used within our reservation system.

With the extensive filtering options, you can easily customize the right overview. For example, filter by reference date, reservation period, discount type, or a specific discount name. You can also filter by accommodation or accommodation category, allowing for targeted analysis.

In addition, you can easily export the report to Excel for further analysis. This makes it easier to identify trends and refine your discount policy. With this extension, your discount data is always at your fingertips, allowing you to strategically focus on future bookings.
