Control your campground, park or rental now from your new Recranet Booking cockpit! The new overview page in the reservation system provides a clear view of all daily information about arriving, departing and staying reservations. By default, today's day is shown, but you can look forward or backward by adjusting the date. Per day you can immediately see how many arrivals are planned and after each check-in the numbers are updated, so you can always see how many reservations you have already checked in and how many arrivals are left. In a long list of arrivals, you can of course search by name or reservation number so that the correct reservation comes up immediately and can be checked in. The same goes for departures and stays. In addition, it is always visible how many guests are present at that moment and in which age groups the guests are classified.

From the new cockpit you also have a direct view of the still open or unread reservations, those that have recently arrived and thus still need to be confirmed or reviewed. Reservations in option are shown on a separate tab, so you can keep an overview compared to the final reservations. If highlighted notes have been created for reservations, they are also visible from the cockpit, so you can take the necessary action or make preparations as needed. Super convenient to start the day from your new cockpit and see at a glance what awaits you that day!
