With this update, a direct link will take them straight to the review form in our reservation system, without requiring them to log in to the guest portal. Guests can share their experiences right away, making the process even faster and more user-friendly.

This approach lowers the barrier to writing a review. For campsites, holiday parks and rental organisations, this means you can more easily collect valuable feedback from your guests.
