Give your guests insight into their consumption, by making current meter readings visible in their guest environment. This way, there can never be a discussion about the actual consumption during the stay, as the guest can monitor it themselves. Also nice if you work with included consumption per reservation or per night, guests can monitor themselves if they stay within the included consumption or if there is additional consumption. At check-out, they are prepared for an additional charge if there is excess consumption. By making the guest responsible in this way, fewer questions about consumption will be asked at the front desk.
