Integration between Peppol and our reservation system for electronic invoicing Update Reservation software 5 January 2026

Starting in January 2026, electronic invoicing via the Peppol network will be mandatory for Belgian VAT-registered businesses in their business-to-business transactions. To simplify this process, our reservation system now supports the electronic sending of invoices via Peppol.

Send and manage Peppol invoices directly from the reservation system

With the new Peppol integration, you can easily send electronic invoices directly from a reservation. For business guests, you’ll find the option to send an invoice on the reservation card under Administration > Send to Peppol. The system checks in advance to ensure that the required business details, such as the VAT number and Chamber of Commerce (KVK) or Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (KBO) number, have been entered.

In addition, a new report is available under Reports > Peppol > Sent Invoices. Here you’ll find an overview of all sent invoices, including amounts, VAT details, and sending statuses. With handy filters, you can easily keep track of your electronic invoicing.
