Insight into occupancy calendar and occupancy percentage now separately configurable for owners Update Reservation software 17 August 2026

The information you share with an accommodation owner can vary per owner. Previously, the occupancy rate module automatically activated both the occupancy calendar and the percentage occupancy figures. From now on, these components have been split into two separate permissions.

With the 'Owner can view occupancy' permission, you only display the occupancy calendar. The 'Owner can view occupancy rate' permission shows the occupancy percentage. This allows you to easily determine which information is visible to your owners. Do you only want to share a visual overview of bookings? Then activate only the calendar. If owners require additional insight into the occupancy rate, you can grant both permissions. You can set these permissions per user via Settings > Owners > Rights.

The update makes the owner environment within our reservation system even more flexible, allowing it to better meet the diverse needs of owners.
