Would you like to see at a glance which guests are arriving with a pet? With this update, this information is now also visible in the arrival and departure list.

Thanks to the pets feature, you can easily add pets to guests’ parties. You can read more about adding pets as part of a party in this update. In our booking system, you can now also display this information in the arrival and departure list by adding an extra option in the export. To do this, go to Reports > Overview > Arrival and departure. Enter the desired period and click ‘Export’. Then select the desired options and tick the pet options as well. When you then download the export and open it in, for example, Excel, you can see in the column whether dogs have been added to the party and how many. For your campsite, holiday park or rental organization, this provides an even clearer overview and better preparation for changeover days.

Do you manage your reservations directly from the cockpit in your reservation system, rather than using the arrival and departure list? Here, too, pets are now visible at a glance: by displaying the party size visually for each reservation, you can immediately see both the number of guests and the number of pets.
