The export of owner statements now includes additional data that is immediately available in the export file.

When exporting, three new columns are now added: the owner type (business or private), the VAT number, and the total payout amount. This payout amount is automatically calculated based on rental income, items, commission, and costs, so you can immediately see the full amount paid to the owner.

This is useful for reporting, audits, and the financial processing of statements. All relevant data is now consolidated in a single export file.

Additionally, you can now also update the owner type for existing owners. If an owner changes from business to private or vice versa, you can easily update this without creating a new owner.
