Easier management of rates and price specifications through optimized structure of rate groups Update Reservation software 11 May 2023

If you want to use different rates, for example in case of regular guests, members, owners or other guest groups, you can use rate groups. You can create rate groups yourself via Settings > Accommodation settings > Rate groups. For each rate group, you can link the accommodations to which this rate group applies. From now on, the standard rate will also be part of a rate group, namely the 'standard' rate group. This means that rates in your reservation system will always be part of a rate group.

The easy part is that when editing rates via Settings > Accommodation settings > Rates, you can now see at a glance which rate groups are relevant per accommodation and from the same view you can easily edit the rates per rate group. This makes the underlying structure for rate settings more logical and easier to manage.
