Duplicating annual and seasonal pitches is an annual task during which the system defaults to the standard rates set for these pitch types. When duplicating, all associated data—such as surcharges and settings—is automatically carried over. This eliminates the need to re-enter settings and helps keep your records organized.

However, when guests do not book an annual pitch for the full year, a custom pricing arrangement is applied to the reservation. With this update, it is now possible to duplicate annual and seasonal pitches that have a custom pricing arrangement, while also copying the rest of the reservation details (surcharges, guest data, etc.).

You can easily duplicate an annual or seasonal pitch via the drop-down menu in the booking. Then select ‘Duplicate to next year’ and the new booking will be created immediately.
