Divide options and surcharges proportionally between owner and the host Update Reservation software 12 August 2026

The reservation system now offers the option to set a settlement percentage for the owner per option or surcharge. This allows you to determine exactly which part of the amount is paid out to the owner and which part is for you as the landlord.

An additional configuration for this has been added to the settings for owner settlement options and surcharges via Settings > Owners > Owner settlement options/surcharges. Here, you can easily set the percentage distribution per item. It is also possible to apply these percentages to all owners at once via a batch update. This is useful if you want to use the same distribution for everyone. You do this by clicking on "Edit batch" in the filter field. If surcharges are always 100% for the owner or 100% for you as the landlord, you do not need to create a separate configuration for this; this simply works based on the standard owner settlement settings.
