Display disclaimer in the online booking process and on the booking confirmation Update Reservation software 12 September 2023

From now on, it is possible to set up a disclaimer, which is displayed in the online booking process and on the booking confirmation. This is a free text field, where you can determine the text to be entered yourself. Particularly useful if you want to include specific information, for example about costs still to be paid on location. These costs are not paid in advance online, but upon arrival on location. By displaying this information in a disclaimer, as well as on the booking confirmation, you communicate extra transparently, preventing uncertainty among guests. You can set the disclaimer via Accommodations > Settings > Appendices, Conditions & Rules tab.
