Decide for yourself how many search results you want to display alternatives for in the Search & Book section Update Reservation software 3 September 2026

You can now set the threshold for how many search results our reservation system displays alternative options in the Search & Book section. Previously, alternatives were displayed by default starting at 0 results, but upon request, this could be adjusted so that alternatives were shown, for example, when there were 3 or 5 search results, or—for some accounts—always, regardless of the number of search results. From now on, you can determine and set this yourself.

You’ll find the new option under Settings > Account > Miscellaneous, under the heading “Booking Flow.” The setting applies per organization and automatically adopts the current setting that was already active for your organization, so you don’t need to reconfigure anything if it’s already working as desired.

Displaying alternative options increases the likelihood of bookings, because visitors always see listings that fully or partially match their selection criteria.
