Change in salutation options for communication to guests Update Reservation software 23 June 2025

• The salutation option ‘Mr. and Mrs.’ is dropped, as there is always one main booker and ‘Family’ can always be chosen as the salutation.
• Guests can choose how they want to be addressed: Mr., Mrs., Family or simply by first + last name.
• The option ‘No salutation’ ensures that guests are addressed by their first + last name.
• Reason for this change is to make the salutation options more ‘inclusive’.
