Change in salutation options for communication to guests Update Reservation software 16 July 2025

To make the salutation options in the reservation system more “inclusive,” some changes have been made. From now on, one can choose from the following options when making a reservation:

• The main booker chooses salutation ‘Mr.’ so messages are sent to ‘Mr. Jansen’.
• The main booker chooses salutation ‘Ms.’ so messages are sent to ‘Ms. Jansen’.
• The principal booker chooses to be addressed by first + last name, so messages are sent to ‘Joanna Jansen’.
• The main booker chooses to be addressed by ‘Family’, so messages are sent to ‘Family Jansen’.

With these four options, the choices remain limited, but adequate for the standards anno 2025.
