Automatic tag for returning guests, when guests have booked before Update Reservation software 11 May 2023

When guests have already booked before and are therefore known in the guest file in your reservation system, from now on the system will automatically assign a label 'returning guest'. This already happens from the second booking, since the guest is a returning guest from then on. The label is prominently displayed on the reservation card, in the upper left corner directly below the guest name, so that it immediately catches the eye. This allows you to address guests personally and also show that you recognize them as returning guests. Extra nice for seasonal employees and new colleagues who quickly get to know the regular guest base.
