Additional check before Mollie payment methods can be activated in the Recranet Booking account Update Reservation software 22 November 2023
If you use online payments via Mollie Payments, it is important that you indicate in your Mollie account which payment methods you want to make available for guests to pay online. The Mollie account can be very simply linked to the Recranet Booking account using the appropriate API Key. Then the chosen payment methods can be activated in Recranet Booking. However, these payment methods only work if they are also selected in the Mollie account.
To prevent payment methods being shown in the booking line that are not activated in the Mollie account, the booking system will now perform an extra check when you want to activate payment methods in your Recranet Booking account. The system will then check whether the respective payment methods match the selected payment methods in the Mollie account. If this is not the case, the payment method cannot be activated in Recranet Booking either. So the correct order is: first activate the payment methods in your Mollie account, then in your Recranet Booking account.
