A single SEPA export file for all payments ensures simple processing at the bank Update Reservation software 1 July 2026
You can now export all SEPA transactions from our booking system into a single file. For settlements and deposit payments, the system automatically includes all results that fall within your filters, even if they are spread across multiple pages on the dashboard.
Previously, you could only create a SEPA export per page, but with many transactions, this meant generating multiple files and importing them separately to the bank. With this update, you can easily create one complete SEPA file, which means only one import to the bank.The page-by-page export remains available, so you can still use it if the situation requires it. This allows you to choose the method that best suits your organization or situation. If you want to export all pages, simply check the option 'Export all reservations including other pages'. This is a welcome addition to our booking system, especially for larger organizations with many bookings and online payments.
