Highlight new accommodations with a specific label in the search & book section Update Reservation software 7 January 2026

Have you recently added new accommodations to your inventory as a campground, vacation park, or rental agency? If so, you can now highlight these in the Search & Book section by displaying the “New” label next to the relevant accommodations. This way, visitors can immediately see which accommodations are new to the rental inventory, encouraging them to explore the new offerings. The label in the search & book section boosts conversion rates and demonstrates that the inventory is dynamic and constantly expanding.

You can add this label to any accommodation you like. Go to Settings > Accommodation settings > Accommodation and open the settings for the accommodation to which you want to add the label. Under the ‘General’ heading, scroll down and tick the option ‘Show “New” label in the accommodation overview’. The label will automatically appear in the booking flow once you have saved the changes. If, after a while, you no longer wish to display the label, you can just as easily turn the option off again. Uncheck the option in the accommodation settings and save the changes. From that moment on, the label will no longer be visible in the booking flow.
