Legal name or company name now configurable for owner settlement Update Reservation software 7 October 2025

You can now set a separate legal name or company name for each owner for use on the owner statement. This is very useful if you have business owners whose name on the statement must match the name associated with their VAT number.

If the Legal name field is filled in, the reservation system will automatically use this name on the statement. Is the field empty? Then the owner's default name will be used automatically.
