Exclude accommodation from an automated email Update Reservation software 7 January 2026

It’s great that emails are sent automatically to guests, so you don’t have to do anything yourself. Do you have any accommodations where you don’t want an automatic arrival email to be sent, for example? With this update, you can exclude accommodations from automatic emails.

When creating or editing an automatic email, you can specify in the ‘Accommodations’ tab which accommodations the email should be sent to. You can set this up via Settings > Email > Automatic emails.

This means that as a campsite, holiday park or rental organisation, you have more control over communication with guests and only send relevant emails. For example, consider seasonal or annual guests who don’t need to receive a welcome email every time they arrive.
