See at a glance which reviews have been responded to Update Reservation software 14 October 2025
With this update, you can now immediately see whether a guest review has already been responded to. An extra column with a speech bubble icon has been added to the review page of the dashboard. This icon indicates that the review has received a response. If this icon is not visible, then no response has yet been given to the review. This means you no longer need to open each review to see if it has been responded to. This addition makes managing reviews much easier.
