Are you an owner making a booking for your own accommodation? Then you’ll want to be able to manage it just as easily as a guest. With this update, you can switch directly from the owner portal to the guest portal without having to log in again.
When you, as an owner, are staying in your own home, the system treats this as a 'reservation' in your own home. Through the owner dashboard, you are immediately recognized as a “guest” in your own accommodation, so the corresponding booking opens directly in the guest dashboard. For example, you might want to book a cleaning service, which also requires payment. Both booking additional services and paying online for your reservation are done through the guest portal, not the owner portal. To avoid having to switch between two portals as an owner, you can view your own stay in the owner portal. When you want to edit the reservation, simply click the “Edit reservation” button, which will automatically redirect you to your reservation in the guest portal. From there, you can edit and manage the reservation.
