Job Opening: SEA Specialist

As a Medior/Senior SEA Specialist, you are responsible for structurally growing our clients through Google Ads and other search-related advertising channels. You know how to build campaigns that not only generate clicks but primarily bookings, revenue, and profitability.

Within Recranet, you work for holiday parks, campsites, rental organizations, and hotels. This makes your work substantively interesting: you focus on seasonal demand, arrangements, occupancy rate, booking value, and commercial opportunities within the recreation and hospitality sector.

You effortlessly move between strategy and execution. You analyze data, discover growth opportunities, and translate these into campaigns that deliver actual results. AI plays an increasingly significant role in this. You understand how machine learning, Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and generative AI are changing the SEA landscape and know how to use this commercially smartly. At the same time, you maintain control: AI supports your choices, but you determine the strategy, priorities, and quality.

Your role and impact

You are responsible for the SEA strategy and performance of a selection of clients. You focus on growth, profitability, and scalability and advise clients on budgets, opportunities, and optimizations.

Additionally, you play an important role within the team:

• You coach and guide junior or medior marketers in the SEA field;
• You actively share knowledge about Google Ads, tracking, automation AI, and performance marketing;
• You contribute to improving our campaign approach, reports, and best practices;
• You help Recranet stay ahead in performance marketing for recreation, tourism, and hospitality.

What you could concretely do

You conceive, build, and optimize SEA campaigns that contribute to more bookings and better marketing ROI. You combine sharp analyses with commercial creativity and know how to convert advertising budget into demonstrable growth.

For example, you are involved in:

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns;
• Working with Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, remarketing, and YouTube;
• Focusing on ROAS, CPA, revenue, booking value, and marketing ROI;
• Using AI for ad variants, analyses, optimizations, and scalability;
• Experimenting with new AI functionalities within Google Ads;
• Improving tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion measurements;
• Creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio;
• Collaborating with SEO, social ads, and development colleagues to improve the full funnel.

What we hope you bring

• HBO/WO work and thinking level;
• At least 4 years of experience with SEA and Google Ads;
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking;
• Knowledge of Smart Bidding, automation, and AI-driven advertising;
• Interest in AI, machine learning, and the future of search marketing;
• Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and performance optimization;
• You work independently, structured, and result-oriented;

• Experience with feed-based campaigns, Hotel Ads, Travel campaigns, or large accounts with multiple locations;
• Experience with server-side tagging, consent mode, and data quality;
• Demonstrable cases where you have structurally improved revenue, ROAS, or booking volume.
